Leadership for Healthy Communities is comprised of twelve associations that serve policy-makers at the state, county and local levels of government. Leadership for Healthy Communities also is connected to a network of other RWJF-supported organizations dedicated to improving the health of children and communities. These partners are vital resources in the effort to create healthier schools and communities nationwide.
